Exchange Policy

At OBLEONG MARKETING SDN BHD 202501025913 (1627326-T), we are committed to ensuring that you receive only the best quality products. As our items are consumable and perishable goods, exchanges are only allowed under specific conditions. Please read the following carefully before requesting an exchange.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We only accept exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., different product or flavor from what you ordered).

  • The product was damaged, expired, or leaking upon delivery.

  • The packaging was severely compromised, making the product unsafe to consume.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact us via obleong_marketing@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Provide your order number and attach clear photos showing:

    • The damaged or incorrect item

    • The packaging and shipping label

  3. Our team will verify your claim and respond within 1–3 working days.

Once approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement product of the same type (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit for your next purchase (if the same product is unavailable).


3. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the affected item.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during return shipping.

  • Return shipping fees will be covered by us only if the exchange is due to an error or damage on our side.

  • For other cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong order placed by customer), shipping fees will be borne by the customer.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for:

  • Dried fruits, nuts, or tea leaves that have been opened or consumed.

  • Products purchased under promotion, clearance, or discounted sales.

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Change of mind after purchase.
